Pitch shifter, but I couldn't process more than small fragments at a time, because of it losing sync. With VT I can process the whole vocal track in perfect sync. Secondly I really like the pitch correction. For
me this is a new experience. It's so transparent I have to switch it off to notice the difference. VT is also fun for effects (like Cher's "Believe"), particularly controlling the voice from my MIDI keyboard
